Our Approach

Dynamics Modeling

Develop 1-D Model of a 4-W basic parametrized Scilab model with capability to assess: gradeability / acceleration performance and range / energy consumption / Battery SoC estimation

Model Validation

Model correlation with actual measured data on the existing retrofit AL Dost, fine-tuning and finalization. Use correlated model for iterations on motor & battery sizing along with gear ratio optimization

Functional Specification Comparison

Compare functional specifications for proposed retrofit sub-systems. Explore best common specs and optimize performance with a common motor + battery kit

Consolidated Reporting

Prepared a consolidated report with key findings and next steps recommendation

Outcome

The developed 1-D model helped the company to streamline and optimize the product development process, ensuring superior performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
