We are seeking a highly analytical and driven professional with deep expertise in financial modelling, investment structuring and market research across infrastructure and emerging business sectors. This role will focus on evaluating, structuring and monitoring investments across areas such as mobility, energy, technology and other capital-intensive industries. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical capabilities, a nuanced understanding of financing mechanisms and hands-on experience in raising funds through institutional, private and blended finance platforms.
The role also demands proficiency in policy analysis, business model development and capital structuring with the ability to translate complex financial and regulatory frameworks into actionable strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and refine financial models for infrastructure and business projects including scenario analysis and risk-return assessments
• Translate policy, market and technical inputs into investor-ready financial forecasts and maintain Excel-based decision-support tools
• Conduct financial due diligence and evaluate project feasibility including capital structuring options such as equity, debt, guarantees and blended finance
• Prepare investment memos, term sheets, business cases, financing operations manuals and presentations for investors and funding partners
• Execute market research across mobility, energy and technology sectors to support investment strategy
• Analyze pricing, incentives and regulatory developments affecting investment viability
• Contribute to fundraising strategy and support investor engagement across domestic and international platforms
• Conduct policy analysis to identify gaps in financing and recommend strategies aligned with evolving business frameworks
• Engage with stakeholders including investors, financial institutions and government agencies and prepare data-driven reports for internal and external use
Qualifications and skills:
• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering or a related field; CA/MBA preferred; CFA any level is a value-add
• 5+ years of experience in project finance, investment banking, development finance or corporate finance
• Proven expertise in building and maintaining dynamic financial models
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including complex formulas, macros and scenario planning
• Strong understanding of capital structures, investment instruments and risk assessment
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills
• Exposure to global financing markets and instruments
• Experience with structured finance, public-private partnerships and blended finance models
• Exposure to mobility, energy and infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with ESG frameworks and impact reporting
• Demonstrated success in proposal writing and investor engagement
• Understanding of guarantees, currency hedging strategies and fund structuring
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
• Strong policy analysis capabilities with the ability to connect financing strategies to regulatory frameworks
