Responsibilities
- Lead or support consulting projects in sustainable transport and e-mobility integration.
- Conduct research, analyze use-case data, and generate actionable insights.
- Develop and apply analytical models (primarily Excel-based) for demand estimation, infrastructure sizing, and cost-benefit analysis.
- Engage industry stakeholders to enhance analysis and inform effective solutions.
- Prepare high-quality reports and presentations with clear insights and recommendations.
- Improve project quality by integrating best practices, advanced metrics, and domain knowledge.
- Present findings and recommendations through client sessions, webinars, and presentations.
- Lead or support proposal development, including ToR analysis, budgeting, and tender preparation.
- Contribute to internal thought leadership and knowledge product development.
- Design and facilitate capacity-building workshops for public and private sector clients.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s in transport planning, engineering, economics, or a related field.
- Around three years of relevant experience focused on e-Mobility, transportation, energy, or policy.
- Experience supervising technical teams.
- Strong engagement skills with external stakeholders and delivering high-level presentations.
- Excellent qualitative, quantitative, analytical, and research skills, including analyzing datasets, drafting technical reports, and applying research evidence.
- Strong interpersonal and English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis software.
