Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, implementing policies, managing recruitment, employee engagement, and ensuring a positive work environment that aligns with pManifold’s mission and values.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s goals
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Manage end-to-end placements of the learners from evACAD programs
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Develop and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Foster a positive workplace culture and promote employee engagement initiatives
- Manage payroll processing and benefits administration
- Conduct regular HR audits and improve processes for efficiency
- Support leadership in workforce planning and talent retention strategies
Primary Skills
- 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in the consulting, energy, or technology sectors
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
Education
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Marketing, or a related field
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
