Catalyzing Change with Strategic Policy Solutions
We offer policy advocacy services, including developing frameworks, providing evidence-based recommendations, conducting stakeholder consultations, and aligning industry goals with sustainability targets.
We support drafting regulations, identifying policy gaps, facilitating public-private partnerships, and driving awareness campaigns to enable a net-zero transition.

Our Tools
We developed tools that streamline data analysis, optimize decisions, and enhance policy advocacy and sustainability.

Integrated Energy & Transport e-Mobility Model (IETEM©)
IETEM© is a full fledge modelling and simulation tool to analyse different EV adoption scenarios and its impact on grid, environment, economics and policy design. It is evolved and calibrated for multiple countries and their cities (like India, Bhutan, Maldives, and other countries), helping with EV Roadmap planning.

TCO Model
Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis tool enables a comprehensive comparison of electric vehicles (EVs) and internal combustion engine vehicles (ICEVs) by evaluating all key lifecycle costs—capital, taxation, and operations—on an annualized basis. The tool calculates the TCO per kilometer, factoring in battery replacement, government incentives (e.g., $3,200 subsidy for e-Buses), and tailored inputs for both EVs (like battery and charger size, efficiency, run per day) and ICEVs (like fuel efficiency, daily run, vehicle life).

EV Fleet Planner ©
EV Fleet Planner © is a SCILAB- and Excel-based tool designed for systematic electric bus (e-Bus) fleet planning, offering an integrated framework for network design and fleet scheduling. The tool supports key components such as route duty cycle development, energy consumption analysis, battery and charger sizing, charging strategy design, grid ancillary and impact analysis, operational planning, fleet scheduling, TCO analysis, and GHG emissions savings—enabling data-driven, end-to-end decision-making for efficient e- Bus deployment.

Hydrogen Integrated Energy Transition Model (HyIETM©)
Hy-IETM©, isa full fledge modeling and simulation tool to analyze different hydrogen adoption scenarios across technologies and applications; and their impact assessment on environment, economics and social dimensions with quantified and integrated target setting and policy design.

Policy Development Framework
EV adoption planning framework combines top-down policy design through proprietary IETEM© modeling with bottom-up city and regional EV ecosystem assessments to create comprehensive, country-level EV roadmaps. The framework identifies barriers to EV adoption across eight categories—technological, economic, institutional, infrastructure, social, market, regulatory, and policy—and develops targeted strategies and policies to address them.
